Transaction History
Shortly after 9/11, TenantWise was retained
as the exclusive advisor to Governor Pataki's office and the Empire
State Development Corporation to analyze the immediate needs of the Lower
Manhattan business community after the extensive damage caused by the
terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. Over an intense period of twelve
weeks and the following year, TenantWise met weekly with the representatives of the Governor's
office and ESDC, the economic development arm of the administration, to
discuss employer/business contacts, employer/business needs, employee migration, and potential incentive programs.

Lower Manhattan
Lower Manhattan was the second-largest business district in the country
prior to the 9/11/2001 events.
Lower Manhattan is home to a wide range of industries, including
financial services, technology, transportation, tourism, retail,
printing, and many more. It's also home to businesses both large
and small, from huge multi-national firms to tiny owner-operated shops.
