Winner at Silicon Valley Conference

At a conference held in the heart of Silicon Valley,
TenantWise.com was presented with the Inman Innovator Award for the year
2000, “Most Innovative Commercial Website”. The conference, sponsored by
Inman News Features, was held in Santa Clara, California on October 25-27,
2000, and was attended by over 3,000 real estate and technology
professionals. The Inman Innovator Awards “recognize companies and
individuals that have advanced tools, services, applications and business
models that have contributed significantly to the rapid change in the real
estate industry”. Other nominees for the year 2000 award included
RealCentric, CapitalThinking, CityFeet.com, SiteStuff and Cephren. Previous
winners for this award include CoStar Group and Landauer Associates.
Launched on April 10 of this year, TenantWise.com is the first and only B2B
commercial real estate transaction platform. TenantWise.com is changing the
commercial real estate leasing business the way on-line brokerage firms
changed the process of buying and selling stock. By simplifying the
occupancy process and restructuring the flow of commission revenue within
the traditional brokerage model, TenantWise.com is having a dramatic effect
in changing a business that has been unchanged for a century.
